Industry Industrial Infrastructure / Real Estate – Industrial Sheds Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital media platforms and prior experience in a Sole Selling Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing walk-in clients at project sites, generating leads, closing industrial space deals, and coordinating with internal teams. This role also includes company branding & promotion , strategizing marketing campaigns and managing client communications. Key Responsibilities: Client Handling: Attend and convert walk-in customers at the project site. Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to agreement execution, including documentation. Conduct follow-up calls and gather client feedback regularly. Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and deal closures. Digital & Traditional Marketing: Use digital media platforms (social media, email, etc.) for lead generation and brand awareness. Contribute to media planning, executing advertising campaigns, festive offer campaigns, and content ideas specific to the industrial infrastructure sector. Develop and implement marketing strategies specific to the project. Client & Channel Development: Expand the client base through direct sales and channel partner development. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and third-party marketing channels. Collections & Compliance: Track and review daily collections. Ensure timely documentation and compliance for all sale agreements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing (real estate industry or Sole Selling Agency preferred). Proven experience in digital marketing and social media campaign management. Preferred Background: Experience in sole selling agency operations or similar real estate sales environments. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and customer behavior. Experience in B2B sales, especially with industrial or logistics clients, is highly preferred Familiarity with local industrial zones, MIDC, SEZ, or logistics parks. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital media platforms.
