Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Mumbai. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction personnel, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and controlling project timelines and quality. The Construction Manager will also coordinate with various stakeholders to meet project requirements and objectives.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Project Control
• Budgeting and Construction Management skills
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and regulations
• Experience in Construction industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications in construction management are a plus
