Consolidation Reporting Manager

As a Consolidation Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements for a group of 5 companies, ensuring compliance with IND AS and local regulatory requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: - Preparing consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and notes to the accounts) for the group of 5 companies - Coordinating with group companies to obtain financial information, resolve discrepancies, perform consolidation adjustments, eliminations, and accounting entries - Analyzing and reviewing financial statements for accuracy and completeness - Collaborating with external auditors for a smooth audit process - Providing technical accounting guidance to group companies as needed To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent - Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting and consolidation - Overall experience of 5 years or more - Strong knowledge of IND AS and local regulatory requirements - Excellent technical accounting skills - Attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Your strong background in financial accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis will be essential for success in this position.
