Job Description

Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: PAN India Experience Required: 5–7 Years Key Responsibilities Support deployment and scaling of devices (tablets, phones, lone worker devices, PTToB systems like Motorola WAVE, RTLS/WaveCAP). Provide L2/L3 level support for device deployment and tracking. Act as deployment coordinator for PTToB and RTLS – setup, training, and monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand RTLS needs and deploy solutions for efficiency improvement. Troubleshoot using Intune and other mobile device management platforms. Analyze and manage RTLS system data for operational improvements. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Intune and advanced troubleshooting. Experience in supporting and deploying: Tablets/Phones Lone worker monitoring devices Push-to-talk systems (PTToB) Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) Knowledge of RF, Wi-Fi, BLE, and other wireless communication channels. Proficient with Azure DevOps and Microsoft O365/M365. Understanding of connected worker technologies and IoT platforms. Show more Show less
