🚀 We're Hiring : Configurator Developer/Rules Writer | Exp: 2-5 Years | Full-Time

📍 Location: Pune

👨‍🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technical Science; or a technical certificate with 2+ years of experience.

Notice period: Immediate joiner / short notice period

Salary package : 4.5lpa – 8lpa

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain CPQ rules, ensuring accurate configurations, pricing, discounts, and product compatibility.

·       Analyze legacy CPQ logic, interpret PLOP, and implement product dependencies and constraints.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, implement dynamic submittals, and enhance software functionality.

·       Organize relational data, perform calculations, testing, and debugging of rulesets.

·       Maintain CPQ software for new and existing products while reporting progress and identifying improvement opportunities.

Skills:

·       Proficient in object-oriented programming across operating systems; skilled in MS Excel, Word, and related applications.

·       Computer programming skills in various operating systems with object-oriented code for rule syntax.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, and quick to learn.

·       HVAC experience with knowledge of manufacturing and engineering change processes preferred.

Preferred Background:

·       Product configuration experience.

• Work experience in CPQ configurator software.

·       Knowledge of programming or programmatic logic structures.

• Debugging and iterative testing processes.
• Ability to interpret business and technical documents and standard operating procedures.
• Effectively communicate with managers and co-workers both in India and the U.S
