Conference Event Manager

As a Senior Manager in Event Management at Aragen, your role will involve strategically planning and executing high-impact industry events to enhance Aragen's global presence and ensure exceptional returns on event investments. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and selecting key industry events aligned with Aragen's commercial objectives to maximize visibility and ROI within allocated budgets. - Coordinating vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure cost-effective and compliant event participation. - Planning and managing end-to-end logistics, including booth design, event collateral, giveaways, and overall operational execution to ensure seamless event experiences. - Leveraging Salesforce CRM for meticulous tracking of event participation, outcomes, and scheduling pre- and post-event meetings to optimize business development opportunities. - Conducting comprehensive event analyses to measure success, generate ROI reports, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement in event planning. In this role, you will lead comprehensive planning and flawless execution of Aragen's participation in global pharmaceutical and biotech industry events. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align event goals with strategic business priorities and manage logistics, budgets, vendor negotiations, and legal compliance to deliver high-quality events that positively impact Aragen's brand image. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields, with a post-graduate degree/MBA in Marketing preferred. You should have at least 5+ years of event management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors, and demonstrated expertise in managing complex event logistics, vendor negotiations, and budget oversight. Proficiency in event management platforms and Salesforce CRM, strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders are also required.
