Job Description:
1. Verification of all operational payments, including establishment expenses (salaries, PF, ESI contributions), utility bills, and other day to day expenses.
2. Verification of documentation and payments related to purchases of inventory items, operational equipments, and other assets.
3. Verification of documentation and payments to contract works includes both maintenance / renovation and capex.
4. Verification of documentation and payments to service contracts.
5. To ensure appropriate authorization and valid supporting documents for all payments.
6. Verification of bank reconciliations, and surprise physical verification of cash balances.
7. Verification of receipts and review of pending dues and it’s follow-up action.
8. To review the compliance with statutory requirements like TDS, GST, PF, and ESI regulations.
Desired Qualification / Experience:
Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants / MCom / BCom/MBA (Finance) Degree with experience in Internal / Concurrent Audi

Must-Have Skills:
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Expertise in Tally and MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
