Concierge Associate

Role Overview: As a Rooms & Guest Services Operations team member at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, your main responsibility is to respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services. This includes making arrangements for transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, as well as identifying appropriate providers. You will also be tasked with responding to special requests from guests with unique needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services - Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities - Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns - Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest issues - Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests - Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager - Follow all company policies and procedures - Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards - Speak with others using clear and professional language - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others - Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards - Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: No related work experience required - Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required - License or Certification: None required Company Additional Details: At Westin, the brand is committed to empowering guests to enhance their well-being and regain control while traveling.
