Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop activation strategies tailored to rural markets based on brand objectives and audience insights
  • Understand regional behaviors, media habits, and cultural cues to shape relevant campaigns
  • Design clear, compelling presentations to communicate ideas internally and to clients
  • Collaborate with on-ground teams, vendors, and creatives to ensure realistic and effective execution
  • Stay updated on rural trends, seasonal cycles, and consumer shifts
  • Contribute to campaign evaluations and post-activity analysis


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in rural marketing, activations, or events
  • Familiarity with rural consumer behaviour, geographies, and activation models
  • Strong presentation, structuring, and communication skills
