Computer Technician & Office Assistant

As a Computer Technician & Office Assistant at STEMCORP DYNAMICS in Guwahati, Assam, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure and maintaining a tidy and productive office environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining operating systems, providing technical support to staff, managing network connectivity, and ensuring data security procedures are followed. Additionally, you will be required to travel to client sites or other company locations for technical support or installations. In terms of office management duties, you will be responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the office premises, preparing beverages for staff and visitors, assisting with general office tasks such as filing and organizing documents, managing office supplies inventory, and providing ad-hoc administrative support as needed. To excel in this role, you must own a Motorcycle/Bike for quick travel, be willing to travel as required, have proven experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar IT support role, possess basic knowledge of office management and cleaning practices, exhibit strong problem-solving skills, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a proactive and responsible attitude. Ideally, you should have a Diploma or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, be familiar with various operating systems (Windows, basic Linux knowledge a plus), and have an understanding of basic networking concepts.
