Explain concepts in a simplified, engaging manner suited to students’ grade levels. Prepare students for school exams, board exams, and competitive exams (JEE Main/NEET for Physics, etc.). Use modern teaching aids such as simulations, coding platforms, online labs, and smart boards. Academic SupportProvide individual attention to weaker students and advanced problem-solving to high achievers. Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate progress. Prepare and review question banks, sample papers, and practice worksheets. Guide students in science and coding projects, encouraging participation in competitions (Olympiads, coding contests, science fairs). Integration of TechnologyTeach programming (Python, Java, C++, etc.) Train students in IT tools, AI basics, data handling, and digital literacy. Incorporate technology-based problem-solving approaches into Math and Physics. Mentorship & GuidanceMotivate students to develop critical thinking and analytical reasoning. Counsel students on career paths in Science, Engineering, AI, and IT fields. Prepare interested students for higher-level exams (JEE/NEET/AI Olympiads). Administrative & Professional DutiesMaintain student performance records and report to parents/management. Stay updated with curriculum changes, new teaching methodologies, and exam patterns.
