Job Description: PGT Computer Science TeacherPosition: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Computer ScienceExperience Required: Minimum 3 years of teaching experienceLocation: Bastar, Chhattisgarh Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PGT Computer Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge in programming, databases, emerging technologies, and computer applications, along with effective teaching skills to guide senior school students (Classes XI–XII).Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Computer Science to senior secondary students as per the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials to engage students effectively.Deliver instruction on programming languages such as Python, SQL, C, and other relevant technologies.Introduce students to Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts as per curriculum requirements.Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.Plan and supervise practical sessions in the computer lab.Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.Stay updated with new trends in technology and incorporate them into teaching.Participate in school events, workshops, and staff meetings.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Python, SQL, C, and other programming concepts.Understanding of basic AI and Machine Learning concepts.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to simplify complex technical topics for students.Classroom management and student engagement abilities.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational software.Educational QualificationsCandidates must hold one of the following degrees:B.Tech in Computer Science / ITB.Ed (mandatory or preferred depending on school requirement)BCAMCAM.Sc. Computer ScienceAny relevant Computer Science or IT degree from a recognized universityExperienceMinimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.Experience in curriculum development, exam preparation, and lab management is an advantage.Salary & other allowance are salary -upto 30k + staff cottages & food
