Design and implementation of campaigns on child rights and thematic areas specific to district. Develop systems and structures at the district level for process documentation and registration. Ensure logistic support toward the trainings and other program events. Facilitate the Participatory Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Khushaal Bachpan programme, including process documentation. Participating in the cluster level, regional level meetings, workshops, reflections, for learning and incorporation of the same into operations. Assist program associate to develop training modules / manuals. Motivate the children and their parents/caregivers to enrol and reintegrate with the schooling system.
