The Role

The Digital Video Audio (DVA)

group’s portfolio consists of world-class products across desktop, mobile, web, and cloud catering to professional customers.As part of the team, this role will be responsible for one or more of the following:

Developing cloud services for video workflows.
Integrating backendinfrastructure and cloud services in video applications and enterprise API offerings.

What you'll do:

Develop new frameworks/features and maintain product features in the full product development cycle from early specs and prototypes to implementation to release and maintenance.
Participate in product design, estimation, risk analysis, development, and debugging.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to determine project requirements and design specifications.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following common coding conventions and industry norms.
Conduct code reviews to ensure flawless execution and maintainability.
Monitor/debug highly available and high-traffic systems that run 24x7 with minimal downtime, load balancing, failure detection, and failover options.
Work collaboratively with a distributed team of engineers to build shared software components

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the industry
Proficient in data structures and algorithms
Experience in the object-oriented language Python or Java
Experience and familiarity with Backend frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, AWS, Docker, REST, etc.)
Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
