Position Title: Computer Science Executive / Associate / Engineer (Customize based on role level) Location: Abids Branch, Hyderabad Department: Information Technology / Computer Science Reporting To: Branch Manager / IT Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and motivated candidate with a background in Computer Science to support the branch’s IT operations, software maintenance, and digital initiatives. The role involves technical support, software development, data management, and ensuring smooth IT infrastructure functioning at the Abids branch. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot local IT systems and infrastructure. Support development and maintenance of internal software or databases. Assist with system updates, security patches, and network performance monitoring. Provide technical support to staff regarding software and hardware issues. Collaborate with central IT team for upgrades and system rollouts. Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed. Prepare technical documentation and reports as required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or similar). Familiarity with database management (SQL/MySQL). Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity basics. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with helpdesk support or system administration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Exposure to web development or cloud platforms is a plus.
