Suprab Enterprises is a growing organisation based in Rajendra Nagar, Patna, committed to delivering high-quality services/products. We seek a diligent and reliable Computer Operator who can assist in our daily computer-operations, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth functioning of our office systems.

We are looking for a proficient Computer Operator who is comfortable working in a bilingual (English & Hindi) environment. The ideal candidate will handle computer system operations, data entry, document processing, and provide typing support in both English and Hindi. This role requires good attention to detail, strong keyboard skills, and a capacity to work independently as well as part of the team.

• Operate office computer systems, including hardware and software, to support daily business operations.
• Conduct data entry tasks, maintain digital records, update databases/spreadsheets as required.
• Typing of documents, letters, reports etc. in

  English and Hindi

  — ensure accuracy, proper formatting and timely completion.
• Monitor system performance, check for errors or malfunction, report any issues to IT or supervisor.
• Ensure that daily jobs, printouts, backups and other routine tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain logs of operations, document any system failures, interruptions or corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with other staff members to produce required reports, correspondence or templates as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and adhere to security guidelines and data-protection practices.
• Assist in routine maintenance: e.g., ensuring printers, scanners, peripherals are in working order, supplies are stocked, basic troubleshooting when required.
• Any other administrative/IT-support tasks as assigned by the management.

• Education: Minimum High School/Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent. Diploma/Certificate in computer applications will be an advantage.
• Proven typing skills in both

  English and Hindi

  – the candidate must be comfortable typing in both scripts with good speed and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and familiarity with basic computer systems.
• Strong keyboarding skills, good command over Hindi typing and English.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills (in English & Hindi), ability to understand instructions and follow them.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a small team, and adapt to changing tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and with good organisational habits.
• Basic troubleshooting ability (for peripherals, printers, scanners) is preferred.

• 1 year (or more) of experience in a similar role (computer operator / data entry / office computer support).
• Familiarity with data-entry systems or database maintenance.
• Knowledge of office network concepts or basic IT operations.
• Familiarity with Hindi typing software/tools.
• Comfortable working in an office environment and handling multiple tasks.

• Work location: Rajendra Nagar, Patna.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday with standard office hours.
• Candidates must be able to join within a reasonable notice period.
