Job Description

Shree Manglam Techno Civil Project (SMTCP – Solar Division) is hiring a Computer Operator (Female) to handle office operations, data entry, and project documentation. The candidate will work in the Solar Division and support daily administrative and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and maintain solar project/company records.
Prepare and manage reports, invoices, and documentation.
Operate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
Handle emails, scanning, and printing.
Support solar project documentation and correspondence.
Provide assistance to the office/project team.
Ensure confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Female candidate only.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Clear communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and organized.

Working Hours

[e.g., 10:45 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]
