Computer Operator (Tally & Billing)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Computer Operator with strong knowledge of Tally software to manage billing, invoicing, and related accounting entries. The role involves handling day-to-day billing operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting general office computer tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate invoices, bills, and challans in Tally.
Enter and update sales, purchase, and expense data in Tally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Support management with financial reports and data analysis when required.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and billing records in Microsoft Excel.
Perform general computer operations (MS Office, email, printing, scanning, etc.).
Coordinate with customers/suppliers for billing-related queries.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Accounts, or related field.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Environment:
Office-based role.
