Role: CNC Programmer
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities
• Create and edit CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
• Use CAD/CAM software for toolpath generation.
• Set up CNC machines and perform trial runs.
• Select tools, set offsets, and optimize machining parameters.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality as per drawings.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support production.
Skills Required
• Knowledge of CNC machines (Turning/Milling).
• CAD/CAM software (MasterCAM, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Ability to read engineering drawings & GD&T.
• Basic measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, gauges).
Qualification
• ITI/Diploma/BE in Mechanical or relevant field.
• 1–5 years CNC programming experience.
