1. Inspect products to ensure that they meet required quality standards. 2. Create tests for quality control of products. 3. Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to specifications. 4. Direct production to ensure operations reflect quality standards. 5. Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives. 6. Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions. 7. Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records. 8. Ensuring FTR target percentage is being met. 9. Adapt to QMS policy and ISO 9001:2015 Standard and sustain on the same. 10. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, and responsible for activities such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, 8D, PFMEA and Control plan etc. 11. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. 12. Analyze failure, corrective, and preventive action for repeated defects/NCR 13.13. Have rights to stop the production if critical requirements are not met and any process violence.
