Job Summary:
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Ensures optimal system performance, data security, and customer satisfaction through accurate troubleshooting and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues in computers and mobile devices.
Replace or repair defective components such as screens, motherboards, batteries, and hard drives.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
Perform data backup, recovery, and virus removal.
Maintain service records and report recurring technical issues.
Advise customers on maintenance, upgrades, and optimal device usage.
Ensure proper inventory management of tools and spare parts.
Test and verify repaired devices before delivery.

Qualifications:

Computer Hardware, Networking, or Mobile Repair.
Proven experience in computer and smartphone repair.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS systems.
Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools efficiently.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Basic networking and system configuration knowledge.
Experience with data recovery tools and BIOS troubleshooting.
Customer service and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,764.55 - ₹41,191.99 per month
