Job Description

Role Overview: As a Computer Hardware Technician at our team in Kasna, Greater Noida, you will be responsible for possessing a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in computer hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Your duties will involve installing, assembling, and configuring computers, hardware, and software. Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues like motherboard, RAM, HDD, SMPS, etc., as well as troubleshooting network and connectivity problems will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, maintaining system maintenance, backups, and managing inventory will be essential components of your role. Providing technical support to staff or clients, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining documentation will also be within your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Install, assemble, and configure computers, hardware, and software - Diagnose and repair hardware issues including motherboard, RAM, HDD, SMPS, etc. - Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity problems - Maintain system maintenance and backups - Manage the inventory of tools, parts, and equipment - Provide technical support to staff or clients - Ensure timely issue resolution - Maintain documentation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering - 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the field - Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware - Familiarity with basic networking (LAN, routers, switches) - Ability to work independently and in a team - Excellent problem-solving skills Company Details: The position is full-time with a 6-day workweek, offering a salary range of 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
