Compliance Testing & Monitoring Analyst

A Compliance Testing & Monitoring Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your role will involve conducting testing and monitoring activities to identify potential compliance risks and control weaknesses. Subsequently, you will report your findings and recommendations to the management for appropriate actions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing testing plans by designing procedures to assess the effectiveness of controls in place to mitigate compliance risks. You will also be responsible for conducting monitoring activities to continuously evaluate processes, transactions, and other activities to detect potential compliance issues. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing risks by analyzing compliance gaps and weaknesses in controls, and determining the severity of those risks. A significant part of your job will involve reporting findings and recommendations by documenting compliance testing and monitoring results. Your reports to the management should be clear and concise, accompanied by suggestions for improvement. It will also be essential for you to stay updated on regulations by conducting continuous research to understand changes in relevant laws and regulations. Ensuring that the company's compliance program is current will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization, including legal, audit, and operations teams, to address compliance issues and foster a compliance-oriented culture. Furthermore, you will assist in developing and implementing corrective actions to tackle identified compliance issues effectively.
