As a Compliance Manager based in Navi Mumbai, your role will involve ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements such as RBI, SEBI, AML/KYC, and PMLA. You will be responsible for handling statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and labor laws. Your duties will also include implementing and monitoring internal compliance policies and SOPs, conducting audits, risk assessments, and gap analysis, as well as managing regulatory filings and inspections. Additionally, you will be tasked with training teams on compliance processes and regulatory updates, and maintaining MIS, reports, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, AML/KYC, PMLA) - Handle statutory compliance like ESI, PF, and labor laws - Implement and monitor internal compliance policies and SOPs - Conduct audits, risk assessments, and gap analysis - Handle regulatory filings and inspections - Train teams on compliance processes and regulatory updates - Maintain MIS, reports, and documentation Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate (Law, Finance, Commerce preferred) - 4-10 years of experience in compliance or statutory roles - Strong knowledge of RBI/SEBI guidelines, AML/KYC norms, ESI, PF - Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills In addition to the above requirements, experience in Banking, NBFC, or FinTech sectors and certification in Compliance, AML, or Risk Management would be considered as bonus points.
