Job Description

As a Compliance Maintenance Officer based in Gurugram, India, you will be an integral part of ICG Medical, a prominent global healthcare recruiter specializing in nurses, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers. Your role as a Compliance Officer will involve managing candidate compliance activities, including internal and external communications, fulfilling third-party requirements, and handling the documentation process on the company CRM. You will work closely with the Senior Compliance Officer to address any compliance issues that may arise. It is crucial that candidates meet all regulatory standards, rules, and contractual obligations to ensure seamless placements with our clients. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 1-year experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically focusing on compliance. Proficiency in using CRM and ATS systems, along with strong skills in English communication, MS Office, and Adobe, will be advantageous in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.
