As a Compliance Risk Testing Analyst at State Street, your role will involve leading process walkthroughs, designing monitoring and testing activities, and performing analysis of evidentiary data to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. You will be responsible for drafting reports for executive consumption, maintaining knowledge of regulatory focus areas, and managing staff through coaching and career development discussions.
