Compliance Manager

Role Overview: As a Regulatory Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to understand and support the implementation and monitoring of regulatory/statutory guidelines across the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and advising stakeholders on compliance aspects. Your role will involve preparing policy documents, advising the Board on RBI compliances, and submitting returns to regulators. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor RBI guidelines regularly and communicate requirements to process owners - Review new proposals, partner tie-ups, and policy changes for compliance aspects - Prepare and review policy documents related to compliance function - Advise the Board and committees on RBI compliances and prepare necessary paperwork - Submit returns to RBI and other regulators and support during audits and inspections Qualifications Required: - Semi qualified or qualified CMA/CA/CS/Legal/MBA or any other graduate with relevant experience in regulatory/RBI compliance Additional Details: The company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer with 4 to 7 years of experience.
