Position: Retention Executive Company: TruForz (formerly known as Placemint) Brand: Big Laundry Work Model: Chennai — 7 Days WFO Training Then WFH Working Days: 6 Days Joining: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking a Retention Executive who will connect with existing and old customers, understand their feedback, address issues, provide solutions, introduce new offerings, and retain them with the brand long-term. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and strong in communication while managing customer sentiments and queries professionally. Responsibilities: • Connect with customers through voice/call • Take feedback and understand pain points • Address concerns or escalate when needed • Share new plans, offers & service benefits • Retain customers and prevent drop-offs • Maintain documentation of interactions Requirements: 3–5 Years Experience — Customer Retention / Support Strong communication + problem-solving skills Fluent in English & Tamil (Hindi optional) Ability to handle customers with calmness & empathy Must have Laptop, Smartphone & Stable WiFi
