Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Track SEBI circulars, guidelines, and amendments; interpret their impact and implement necessary changes across processes.
3. Prepare, review, and file periodic reports, returns, disclosures, and certifications with SEBI and other authorities.
4. Oversee compliance checks in investor onboarding, including KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and PMLA requirements.
5. Review and monitor investor agreements, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
6. Establish, document, and monitor internal compliance policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.
7. Coordinate with SEBI, auditors, custodians, depositories, fund accountants, and other stakeholders.
8. Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, and MIS for management reporting.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
