Role Overview

Compliance Coordinator (CS Inter)

Key Responsibilities

• Legal & Statutory Compliance

• Assist in company incorporation and ROC filings.
• Track, prepare, and submit statutory forms, licenses, and renewals.
• Maintain compliance records and liaise with legal/CS consultants.
  

• FEMA & Cross-Border Compliance

• Ensure compliance with FEMA for FDI, remittances, and cross-border transactions.
• Prepare and file RBI forms (FC-GPR, FC-TRS, etc.).
• Coordinate with banks and authorised dealers for approvals.
  

• Financial & Tax Compliance

• Support in GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain accurate tax documentation.
  

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain compliance trackers and master files.
• Prepare internal reports on compliance status and deadlines.
• Support project teams on incubation ventures and registrations.
  

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate (B.Com preferred) with

  CS Inter qualification (with attempts given)

  .

• Experience:

  23 years in compliance, legal, or CS-related roles
• Prior exposure to

  company incorporation, ROC filings, FEMA, and statutory documentation

  preferred.

Competencies

• Knowledge of

  Companies Act, FEMA basics, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

  .
• Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

• Internal:

  Finance & Accounts, Legal, HR/Admin, Project Incubation Teams, Senior Management

• External:

  Auditors, Statutory Authorities, Compliance & Legal Consultants
