Job Summary:

The Sales Compliance / Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely execution of recurring services, and achieving assigned monthly targets. The role focuses on maintaining strong client engagement, ensuring service compliance, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business retention.
  • Handle recurring service requirements and ensure timely completion of all scheduled services.
  • Make regular follow-up calls to clients to confirm service satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure all client interactions and follow-ups are documented accurately in the system.
  • Achieve monthly sales and service renewal targets as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service delivery, and accounts) to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Track and monitor compliance with service agreements and escalate deviations when required.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within the existing client base.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client status, renewals, and target achievement.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Target-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Good telephone etiquette and follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales compliance and service operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or inside sales (preferably in a recurring service-based industry). Freshers with good communication skills can apply
  • Experience in handling client renewals or service follow-ups will be an added advantage.
