Compliance Coordinator- IT Schemes

As an ideal candidate for the position located in Faridabad (HQ), you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Coordinate effectively with Sales, Assessment, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth IT schemes audit operations. - Manage customer queries efficiently and ensure the timely submission of audit reports. - Review auditor invoices and carry out B014/B021 processes for ISMS, IT-SMS, PIMS, and BCMS. - Prepare Monthly MIS, update Done Lists, and maintain documentation related to witnesses. - Enter audit reports into the software, verify draft certificates, and ensure accurate folder placement. - Validate audit reports and certificates, and finalize audit scopes in collaboration with technical teams. - Apply IAF/NACE Code Matrix for B012 and update Key Control documents. - Assist during CDR visits, maintain documentation, and conduct certificate inventory audits. - Conduct research on legal acts, perform country risk assessments, and update B021 entries. - Engage in Contract Review Panel activities and provide support for technical verification tasks. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science with at least 2-4 years of relevant technical or coordination experience, preferably in the medical device/IT sectors. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical, and multitasking abilities. - High level of confidentiality, integrity, and capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
