• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements within the financial services and trading industries.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify potential compliance risks.
• Provide advisory support to various departments on legal and regulatory matters.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required by authorities in Hong Kong.
• Assist in training employees on compliance best practices and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance-related queries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance-related activities.
  

The Successful Applicant

• A company secretary with compliance experience
• Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within financial services or trading.
• A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
