Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws such as Contract Labour Act, ESIC, PF Act, and other relevant regulations. Should be conversant with Registrations, Amendments, Renewals, etc.
  • Liaise with related Government Depratments - Labour Dept., PF Dept., ESIC, etc. for various activities like registrations/amendments/renewals, Notice Closures, submission of Forms, Returns, etc.
  • Carry out regular audits to identify areas of improvement in labor compliance and implement corrective actions. This may also be checklist based audits.
  • Conduct Help Desks at client places for collecting PF Forms, ESIC forms, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth operation of the business.
  • Provide training to employees on company policies and procedures related to labour laws.

Guidance and training would be provided to candidates, and it would be a good opportunity for the selected candidate to learn and strengthen his/her knowledge while on the job.
