Job Description

Role Overview: As a Compliance Senior Professional at KKR, you will be responsible for supporting the Agent Monitoring function within the Individual Markets Compliance Team. Your role will involve evaluating the sales practices of Financial Professionals across Annuity and Preneed lines of business. By conducting data-driven analysis, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating with TPAs, Legal, and internal teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of agent activities to identify trends, anomalies, and potential compliance issues related to Financial Professionals sales practices. - Execute Agent Monitoring responsibilities in accordance with program policies and procedures, using a proactive, objective, and risk-based approach. - Provide timely and effective reporting of monitoring results, including findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders and business partners. - Build collaborative relationships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Legal, and internal operational teams. - Stay updated on KKR Insurance products, regulatory developments, and industry best practices. - Review Post-Issue Suitability Surveys, communicate compliance expectations to Financial Professionals, and support clients. - Ensure accurate, complete, and timely delivery of relevant compliance data and analysis for internal reporting requirements. - Assist in compliance initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional efforts as required. - Address accommodation/exception requests from internal operations teams and TPAs through thorough review, research, and response. Qualifications: - 5-7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in annuities, preneed insurance, or equivalent financial services exposure. - Proficiency in compliance and operational processes. - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure. - Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and accountability. - Capable of making sound decisions, prioritizing tasks, and exercising independent judgment. - Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely. - Strategic thinker with the ability to influence outcomes across teams and functions.,
