Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that attracts, retains and motivates top talent for our India operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1.Developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.
2.Conducting salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates. 3.Developing job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions. 4.Managing the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team. 5.Leading and managing the annual performance management cycle. 6.Developing short-term and long-term incentive program. 7.Creating best-in-class benefits portfolio. 8.Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure the accurate administration of payroll, benefits, and equity programs. 9.Creating and delivering compensation training for managers and employees. 10.Developing and implementing employee communication strategies to ensure that our employees understand and appreciate the value of their total compensation package. 11.Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including benefit providers and survey vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance, or related field; MBA or masters degree preferred.
2. 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits. 3. Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US. 4. Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India. 5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data and make recommendations based on data insights. 6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and Legal. 7. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences. 8. Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
