* Build long-term relationships with candidate during the hiring process, explain IBM Consultings value proposition to candidates including but not limited to IBM salary structure, benefits along with various offer related components * Uses deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate IBMs unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards and leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates. * Negotiate with candidates on queries pertaining to financials and non-financial commitments * Query Management and resolution within service level * Work with TL and other stakeholders in the team to finalize comp proposals * Meet allocated targets for comp offers within the service line to which they are assigned Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Minimum 2-4 years of operational experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, or compensation Should have excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with a multitude of different professionals. Demonstrated time management skills and teamwork orientation. Proactive and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate and diffuse conflict. Excellent negotiator Proficient in Ms Excel & PowerPoint Preferred technical and professional experience Proven Communication Skill
