As a Compensation Manager at our Global Banking Organization, you will have a significant impact on designing the updated career framework. This involves defining job functions and families to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing tools and processes for effectively mapping colleagues to their respective roles - Supporting calibration activities to maintain fairness and equity in compensation decisions - Creating communication materials and delivering training to stakeholders - Developing a governance framework comprising tools, processes, and training materials for smooth operations Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in job architecture, specifically with knowledge of WTW job evaluation methodology - Proven track record in managing projects effectively - Ability to create engaging resources tailored to different audiences - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint - Exceptional client relationship management skills - Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple deliverables and priorities simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team player with a flexible approach, contributing positively to team efforts Desirable qualifications include: - Experience working remotely in a global organization - Proficiency in PowerBI or advanced reporting skills In addition to the above requirements, a degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or a related field would be preferred for this role.,
