Job Summary:

Executive / Officer / Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy & Execution

  • Execute and support compensation strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct benchmarking and pay competitiveness studies.
  • Support annual salary reviews, promotions, incentive structures, and pay corrections.
  • Interpret reports from Mercer, Aon, or similar providers to guide compensation decisions.
  • Apply percentile matrices in compensation decisions.

Benefits Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee benefits including insurance, retirement plans, wellness, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors and brokers for efficient service delivery.
  • Recommend cost-effective improvements to benefits offerings.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to compensation and benefits-related statutory and legal guidelines.
  • Prepare required reports and assist during audits.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain compensation and benefits data in HRIS and internal systems.
  • Generate dashboards and MIS for management decision-making.
  • Track trends and prepare data-driven insights and recommendations.

Employee Communication & Support

  • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Design communication material to create awareness and transparency on C&B policies.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.

Experience:

  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience working with mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Prior involvement in the execution of C&B structures and internal systems implementation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of percentile matrices, Mercer, and Aon reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • HRIS and Google Suite proficiency.
  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
