Compensation Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Support execution of annual and periodic compensation cycles (Merit,
• Performance Pay, Promotions).
• Maintain and validate compensation data, pay ranges, and job structures within
• the HRMS.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and leadership
• decisions.
• Support Equity-related programs and administer activities within the Equity
• management tool.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit
• readiness.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and other
• stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate compensation operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in Compensation, Rewards, or HR Operations.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRMS or Compensation
• systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of compensation principles, pay structures, and incentive
• programs.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential
• data.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Adaptable to changing business needs and supportive of continuous improvement
• initiatives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.
