Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee / Semi-Qualified CS, based in Kirti Nagar, Delhi, India. Responsibilities include assisting in corporate compliance activities, conducting legal research, drafting and vetting agreements, filing with regulatory authorities, maintaining statutory records, and providing support in meetings and other governance-related functions. The trainee or semi-qualified professional will work closely with senior team members to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of clients' businesses.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Compliance-related concepts.
Proficiency in legal drafting, documentation, and agreement vetting.
Skills in effective research, problem-solving, and analysis to address legal and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in maintaining statutory records and handling filings with regulatory authorities.
Strong communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.
Able to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
Pursuing Company Secretary (CS) qualification or a Semi-Qualified CS professional.
