Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee, located in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, India. The trainee will assist in preparing and filing statutory forms with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with corporate laws, maintaining statutory records, and supporting the drafting of board resolutions and corporate documents. Responsibilities also include researching legal provisions, assisting with secretarial audits, and providing administrative and compliance support to senior professionals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate laws, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documents
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Enrolled in the Company Secretaryship program recognized by ICSI (The Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
• Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and understanding of digital tools is an asset
