Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Company Secretary located in Kirti Nagar, West Delhi, India. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, maintaining statutory records, conducting board meetings, preparing minutes, drafting resolutions, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The Company Secretary will also assist in legal documentation and perform other daily administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Corporate Law Compliance and Management
• Skills in maintaining statutory records and conducting board meetings
• Proficiency in drafting resolutions and preparing minutes
• Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work diligently and independently
• Membership or qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a plus
