Company Secretary Trainee

About the role :

We are inviting applications from candidates for undergoing CS training as prescribed by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The area of exposure shall include:

• Corporate Secretarial
• Corporate Governance
• Store Compliances
• Contract Management

• Passed either CS Intermediate or CS Final from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Proficient English & business communication, verba and written
• Sound understanding of Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards and best Corporate Governance practices.
• No disciplinary concerns

This is position is based at Saket, New Delhi, India and reports to Regional Head of Legal, Nisha Prabhakar Khurana.

This position is a fixed term position for a period of 21 months.
