Qualifications: MBA in Finance (mandatory) from a recognized institution. 3 years of experience in loan processing, credit operations, or a similar role in a bank, NBFC, or fintech. Strong understanding of retail loan products (home loan, personal loan, vehicle loan, etc.). Familiarity with KYC norms, credit policies, and loan documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement. Proficient in MS Office and loan management systems (LMS or CRM tools). Preferred Skills: Experience in a customer-facing role within financial services. Knowledge of risk assessment or underwriting process is a plus. Job Summary : We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) with a background in banking , specifically within the co-operative banking sector , to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective corporate governance, statutory compliance, board and regulatory liaison, and strategic advisory to the management and board in line with applicable laws and the co-operative banking framework. Key Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, Banking Regulations Act, RBI guidelines, and co-operative banking regulations. Organize and manage Board Meetings, AGM/EGMs, Committee meetings, and prepare minutes, notices, and agenda. Maintain statutory registers and records as required under applicable laws.
