Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Chennai. The Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and liaising with governmental departments. The responsibilities also include advising on compliance with company laws, managing correspondence, and ensuring the efficient administration of the company.

Qualifications

Experience in maintaining statutory books and organizing board meetings
Proficiency in preparing agendas and minutes
Knowledge of company law and compliance regulations
Excellent administrative and correspondence management skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
