Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Draft and maintain minutes of board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and other official records.
File returns and documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and other regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
Maintain statutory registers and records accurately.
Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth compliance processes.
Advise the board on corporate governance and compliance matters to support informed decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of annual reports and statutory disclosures.
