Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assists the Manager/partners in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies
  • Handles full set of company secretarial documents and activities
  • Communicates with clients independently
  • Experience in multiple client handling is preferable
  • Capability to independently take up routine work
  • Drafting notice, agenda, resolutions, minutes, letters, agreements etc
  • Annual Compliances under Companies Act, 2013
  • Annual Compliances under LLP Act, 2008
  • Compliances under Partnership Act, 1932
  • FEMA Compliances

Preferred candidate profile

  • Company Secretary (CS)
  • Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, LLP Act 2008, Partnership Act, 1932 etc
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Interaction skills
  • Strong team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn
