Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our growing Valuation and Due Diligence practice while also supporting Financial Advisory and Corporate Finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, a client-first mindset, and leadership ability to grow this high-impact vertical within the firm. This is a strategic role that combines hands-on execution with practice-building responsibility across valuations, due diligence, transaction advisory, and corporate finance support. Key Responsibilities: Valuation & Due Diligence (Core Focus): Lead end-to-end execution of business and asset valuations (including DCF, comparable transactions, NAV, etc.) for regulatory, strategic, or transaction purposes. Preparation of Business Model and Valuation Models Oversee financial and tax due diligence assignments for buy-side/sell-side transactions. Draft and review valuation reports and due diligence reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain quality control standards across client deliverables. Financial Advisory & Corporate Finance: Support clients in business planning, transaction structuring, and investor readiness. Assist in preparation of investment decks, financial models, and information memorandums. Advise clients on deal structuring, capital raising, M&A support, and business restructuring opportunities. Liaise with investors, legal advisors, and other transaction stakeholders as needed. Client & Team Management: Act as a senior point of contact for clients across engagements. Build trusted relationships with promoters, CFOs, and PE/VC stakeholders. Mentor and supervise a small team of analysts and associates. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, team training, and recruitment. Practice Development: Identify and pursue business development opportunities. Support the firm in expanding its service offerings in valuation and financial advisory. Collaborate with other verticals (tax, audit, consulting) on multi-disciplinary assignments. Candidate Requirements: CA / CFA with at least 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Valuation, Due Diligence, and Financial Advisory. Prior experience with a consulting/advisory firm or boutique investment banking set-up preferred. Proficient in Excel financial modelling, report writing, and presentation decks. Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks (Companies Act, Income Tax, FEMA, SEBI). Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
