Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Navi Mumbai. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, maintaining statutory records, and handling corporate governance matters. Daily tasks include preparing and filing necessary documents, coordinating board meetings, drafting meeting agendas, and maintaining communication with regulatory bodies. The role also involves advising the management on legal and regulatory aspects to ensure the company's operations align with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate laws, compliance, and governance matters
• Experience in maintaining statutory records and documentation
• Proficiency in preparing and filing legal documents, drafting agendas, and coordinating meetings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
